Training

The East Hampshire Compact Action Group developed a successful and interactive model of Partnership training. Participants have said that it has helped them towards a better understanding of pressures on other organisations and the constraints within which they work.  It helped to lead towards a more open way of working.

East Hampshire District Council Partnership Grants Programme

Following consultation with voluntary and community groups, East Hampshire District Council provides Partner organisations with a 3 year funding agreement. This is very helpful as it enables groups to plan more effectively, have greater security and spend less time filling in forms! In addition, EHDC through their general grants programme, are committed to promoting the values of the East Hampshire Compact and the principles of the Compact Volunteering Code.
