The East Hants Community Learning Forum (CLF) provides the 'Voice of the Learner' in East Hampshire. The Forum is a sub-group of the East Hampshire Community Partnership and is supported by Community First East Hampshire, East Hampshire District Council and Hampshire County Council. 

Since coming together in 2004, the Forum has concentrated on adult leisure learning, voluntary and community training, essential skills, 14-19 year old learning issues and business training.

The CLF takes a partnership working approach towards projects such as co-ordinated funding bids, identifying learning gaps and needs in East Hampshire, and providing accessible computer workshops in the Petersfield and Alton areas.

Membership of the Forum reflects the widest possible range of service providers, including public, private, voluntary and community sector representation. It involves representatives from agencies, organisations and the local community to ensure that all needs and views can contribute to decision making.
